Brandon Lynch to Expand Leadership across Multiple GHBA Councils(Houston, TX, April 1, 2013) — Brandon Lynch, B.S., CAPS, CGP President of Keechi Creek Builders has been appointed to serve as the 2013 Charity Project Chairperson for the Remodelers' Council as well as Secretary for the Custom Builders' Council for the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA).

Lynch currently is a member of the GHBA's Board of Directors and serves on the Education Committee. He states it is a great honor and responsibility to hold these positions with the nation's third largest home builders association.Lynch has been active in the GHBA for several years and brings a dynamic perspective of the custom home building and remodeling industry.

A significant amount of his work is dedicated to promoting education within the industry to achieve higher levels of professionalism and consumer satisfaction with building professionals. He states that his involvement with the GHBA provides many opportunities to give back to the community.

The 2013 charity project will benefit Hope House, a recovery center located in the 5th Ward in the Kashmere Gardens neighborhood which is devoted to promoting community transformation in urban Houston. The project is slated to provide significant energy cost savings for the center by providing ceiling insulation and replacing all windows in the 13 buildings.

The project also entails completely repainting five houses and removing remnants of an existing slab from a demolished house to make way for a new community and church center."Hope House provides people with a chance to improve their lives," says Lynch. "We are grateful for the opportunity to help them and the surrounding Houston community."

Lynch has a B.S. from Texas A&M and multiple industry certifications through the National Home Builders Association, including Certified Aging In Place Specialist. After several years working for production builders, Lynch founded Keechi Creek Builders, a design/build custom home and remodeling company dedicated to improving people's quality of life.

He has been recognized by the Better Business Bureau and the National Association of Home Builders. His work has received distinguished awards from the Greater Houston Builders' Association as well as the Texas Association of Builders.
